E-Certificate
The Blood Donor will get the appreciation letter for the Donation from the Blood Center. This can be downloaded paperless by the donor themself from our eDHQ system of Sankalp India Foundation. Link to eDHQ system: https://interact.sankalpindia.net/
This Dashboard page has access to login for the Donor with their mobile number or e-mail id provided while donating the donation form through the OTP.
Steps:
- Click on “here” next to ‘Please continue for SMS OTP based login’.
- Mention valid Email or 10 digit mobile number
- Click on “Send OTP” button
- OTP will be generated
- Mention the received OTP
- Click on “Submit OTP”
- You will get the List of Donation Record
- Select the Donation Record
- Click on E-certificate
- Download & Print the e-Certificate
- E-certificate is also sent to registered email id.
